What is this life I’m living? This life is yours and can be all of yours. If you choose to let go of the stories that other people hold for you, let go of your own stories as well for they may not serve you in this moment in this time, they were there for a reason and have had their place and if today is not the time for them, then let them go and that is okay.
It does not make you less or more of who you were yesterday, and it does not make you less or more who you will be. Who you are as right here; in this moment, in this very time to do the thing that you want to do, it does not have to be overthought or overwhelmed with anxiety, it does not have to mean more than what it means in this very moment right now. The consequences of your actions can be boundless, but at the same time, they do not hold the responsibility or the weight that you carry. Within them sometimes, the thing that you hold dear, is the thing that you will let go of and that is the joy that comes from the release, the release is where you have had resistance, and the release comes from fear of losing.
The fear of loss is not one that you experience when you release the joy, the release of anything does not mean losing it, it means, what it means it does not have to have a definition and not everything in your life has to be defined, but it can be if you want and it can be if that soothes your soul in this very moment.
Live within your truth and not the truth of others for this is where you can directly feel the impact of your actions. If you act out of love and have no worry, then have no regrets. Things that you have done, and the decisions that you have made have led you to where you are today and that does not mean that they are right or wrong, or regrettable or re-doable. Where you are where you are today.
Try to let go of the past as if it has come to carry you to this place you are today, has carried you and sustained you and kept you afloat. It has sometimes felt like you’re drowning, and sometimes felt like you’re bobbing up and down or staying in one place and doing nothing but guess what doing nothing is okay too.
You don’t need to hold on to the fear or the thought that you must be doing more for what you’re doing right now is what you are meant to be doing. Follow your heart and follow the love for that is the core of the decisions that you make and if you make it so in if you live by your truth, there can be no harm.
